Can passwords be reset by Foodsmart staff?
There is not a way for providers or support to directly reset a foodsmart.com password. Please have the patient use the password reset option when attempting to login to foodsmart.com.
Password is not working, suddenly stops or unable to reset
Please ensure that the correct login method is being used. The login method can be found in FFD under member details. If the correct login method is being used and the password is not working, please use the password reset option to change the password.
