Paid Training
Mandatory training completed outside of the Onboarding Path and the Post-onboarding path are paid according to the time indicated on the training.
Only training that is completed and the assessment is passed will be paid. Payment terms are specific to each training and are communicated at the beginning of the training in the Learning Management System (Workramp).
How to access Workramp?
Navigate to the Workramp tile and you should see any assignments in your Home/My Trainings dashboard. You can register for a Welcome Meeting by clicking on Events.
WorkRamp, which is an e-learning platform that will guide you through our onboarding process. You will need to use your Foodsmart Island Browser to complete your onboarding training.
You should see a Workramp Academy tile on your Okta homepage (see above). Click to open and begin your onboarding training. As you are working through you training, please click the link that says "Open in New tab" to view any Google Slides or Documents.
Note: You will not be able to access internal resources outside of Island Browser, please log in using Okta to ensure security and your ability to access material.
