Zoom Login and Access

With the implementation of Zoom Dynamic Links - Contract RDs will always open and log into Island browser and navigate to foodsmart.okta.com, their Foodsmart Okta Dashboard.

Once logged into the Foodsmart Okta dashboard click on the Zoom tile to log in to a Foodsmart Zoom account. After completing these steps the dynamic links will work properly from Foodsmart for Dietitians.

Using Island from your personal device (Windows or MAC computer), the zoom application is accessed from the Okta Dashboard icon . Click on Okta Dashboard icon, screenshot below:

Once logged into Okta your dashboard click on the zoom tile, screenshot below:

Once you login to your Zoom account this screen will appear

Then return to your Okta dashboard and click on your FFD tile.

Island Browser Desktop must join Zoom from the Browser for both video and audio appointments

If your personal Zoom opens before this screen, close out of it to join Foodsmart Zoom from the browser

Setting up your voicemail and outgoing message

If it's necessary for anyone to leave you a voicemail - give your member your direct line number OR give them the company number and your extension to return your call.

To ensure your members are able to leave you a voicemail - setup your Voicemail greeting by following these steps from the zoom application:

Select PHONE and scroll down to Greeting & Leave voicemail instruction

Use the following script to set your Voicemail greeting:

Hi, thank you for calling Foodsmart. You've reached the voicemail for < YOUR NAME>. I’m sorry I missed your call.

Please leave your name, number, and information and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can, thank you.

Set your Foodsmart virtual office background to set a professional tone/image for your video appointments

Select the Web App drop down and choose MEETINGS

Select START to open a new meeting
