Promo Codes
Members can receive promotions by text or email. In the text or email, it lets them know to use the promo included when making/completing the appointment by the deadline included in the text or email received. They have to enter the promo code in the promo section when they are making an appointment or you have to enter it in the promo section when making the appointment for them. They have to complete everything by the date in text that they receive to be entered.
DO NOT add Foodsmart Bucks codes in the promo section. It will give an error code. If a member tries to add them here and gets an error message, they can still redeem their codes using the following two ways:

Go to Foodsmart Login. Please note that the patient portal isn’t available through the app.
Enter (enter the member’s email and/or phone number), then click “Sign In.”
Enter your password and click “Sign In.” If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking “Forgot Password.”
Your incentive rewards will appear on your home page, just above your scheduled appointments.
