Dietitians undergoing onboarding with Foodsmart are awarded the following rights during the credentialing process. As a practitioner with Foodsmart, you have the right to:
Review information submitted to support your credentialing application.
Correct erroneous information within your credentialing application.
Receive the status of your credentialing, or re-credentialing application, upon request.
Be notified of credentialing decisions within 30 days of the Credentialing & Network Operations Committee decision.
