Want certain tables — like those by the window — to be filled first? You can set table priorities so FRANK knows which tables you want to be booked before others.
How to Set Priorities
Go to Manage → Areas
Click the area in which you want to set up table priorities.
Click on Priority at the top of the screen.
Now, with the drag-and-drop slider on the left, you can simply drag the tables into your preferred order.
FRANK will automatically number them: 1 = highest priority, increasing up to the total number of tables in the area.
When you're done, in the Table Overview, you can now view the order of your tables in the Priority column:
Good to Know
FRANK will never seat a party of two at a four-top. The system always chooses the table that best fits the number of guests.
