How to add and manage walk-in guests

In this article, you’ll learn how to easily add and manage walk-in guests in FRANK — keeping your table availability accurate and preventing overbookings, even during the busiest service hours.

In addition to reservations, of course, you also have guests who walk in spontaneously. Add these walk-ins in FRANK so your availability is always up to date and you can avoid getting overbooked. Adding walk-ins is even easier than adding reservations — you only need to select a ticket and the number of guests.

  • No hassle with details: you don’t need to enter contact information, date, or time.

  • Always up to date: walk-ins are automatically checked in for the current day and time.

  • Smart linking: FRANK links the walk-in, where possible, to the existing Shift of the Ticket. If it doesn’t find a match, the default duration is used.
