With Tickets, you can offer different types of moments like a High Tea, Christmas Menu, or Group Package. Each ticket can be customized and displayed in your booking widget exactly how you want.
But sometimes, there’s really no choice for the guest — you just want them to make a quick, simple standard reservation. That’s what the Standard Ticket is for.
With a Standard Ticket, guests can book directly without having to select a Ticket first.
If another Ticket becomes available at the same date and time (for example, for a special event), the Standard Ticket will still appear in the widget — allowing guests to choose between the available options.
When to use a Standard Ticket
When you want guests to book quickly and easily, without extra steps.
When not to use a Standard Ticket
When guests must choose a ticket (e.g. if more explanation is needed).
When you want guests to choose between multiple options on the same day and time
When you want to highlight or promote a specific ticket in your widget.
When you’re using deposits — Standard Tickets don’t support deposit payments.
