Sometimes you need a little extra flexibility like keeping a few tables open for walk-ins, regular guests, or phone reservations. Or maybe you want to accept online bookings for the second floor dinner area, but not the first floor.
With FRANK, you can decide exactly which areas and tables are available for online reservations, for which types of reservations, and which ones you keep aside for manual management.
How to keep certain tables free for walk-ins or regulars
Want to exclude, for example, 30% from your online reservations? Simply make only specific tables available online — and use the rest for your own table management.
Online tables: guests can reserve them through the widget.
Offline tables: guests can’t book them online, but you can still assign them manually.
How to set this up:
Go to Manage → Areas.
Select the area where you want to set tables offline.
Switch the blue toggle next to the table to mark it as offline
How to exclude entire areas from online reservations
Don’t want guests seated at the bar during lunch or dinner? You can disable an entire area within a shift.
How to set this up:
Go to Manage → Shifts.
Select the shift you want to edit.
Click Areas → Select specific areas.
Check the areas that should be available.
Click Save in the bottom right corner.
Tip! Use this feature strategically to balance online bookings with in-house flexibility. This way, you can keep space for loyal guests or spontaneous walk-ins — while still filling the rest of your tables efficiently.
