There are three ways to add a new reservation in the Table Overview

Option 1 – automatic reservation via the + button

In the Table View, click on + Reservation at the top right.

FRANK will then automatically create a reservation at the earliest possible time and link it to an available table.

Want to adjust the start time? Click on the dropdown menu next to the start time: all available times will appear in green.

Option 2 – reservation on a specific table and time

Click directly in the schedule on the desired time and table. FRANK will place the

reservation exactly there.

You can now add the guests' details in the pop-up that appears + assign the correct Ticket to the reservation to keep a clear overview of different types of bookings.

Option 3 – Reservation on a specific table or adding a walk-in

Click on a table to add a reservation to it. Useful for when a guest walks in spontaneously: you can immediately set the walk-in on the correct table.

In the pop-up that appears you can still adjust the number of guests, choose a Ticket or change the booking into a reservation so you can add the guests' details.
