When you create a reservation manually, you can now add a gift voucher directly to the reservation.
The gift voucher code field is available in the first tab of the reservation and remains visible, so all related information stays in one place.
How to add a gift voucher to a manual reservation
In FRANK, go to Reservations
Create a new reservation by clicking on the blue + Reservation button
In the first tab, enter the gift voucher code
Save the reservation
The voucher is now linked to the reservation.
Where to find the voucher information later
After saving:
The gift voucher code remains visible in the first tab
The reservation is also linked in the gift voucher overview for easy reference
