With FRANK, you can easily export both your guest data and reservations for reporting, analysis, or backup purposes. These exports are done separately.
Exporting Guest Data
To download your full guest database:
Go to Guests
Click the download icon
Your guest data will automatically be exported
The file will include all available guest information stored in your system.
Exporting Reservations
To export reservation data for a specific period:
Go to Reservations
Click the download icon
Select the date range for the reservations you want to export
Click Download export
The system will generate a file containing all reservations within the selected period.
Notes
Guest data and reservations are exported as separate files
Make sure to select the correct date range when exporting reservations
Depending on the amount of data, the export may take a few moments to generate
