FRANK and Annoncer

View FRANK reservations in real time within Annoncer, link reservations directly to tables, and access important notes and guest preferences during service.

The FRANK x Annoncer integration allows you to view FRANK reservations directly within Annoncer, giving your kitchen and front-of-house teams access to reservation information, guest preferences and table assignments in real time.

By connecting both platforms, your team works from one shared operational overview, reducing manual communication and making service more efficient.

What does the integration include?

Once connected, Annoncer can display:

  • Real-time reservations from FRANK

  • Table assignments

  • Guest notes

  • Guest preferences

This allows your team to prepare for every service with all relevant guest information available in one place.

Before you start

To connect FRANK with Annoncer, you'll need your Annoncer Client ID.

If you don't know your Client ID, please contact the Annoncer support team via support@indexhospitality.com.

How to connect Annoncer

  1. Log in to FRANK.

  2. Go to ManageApplications.

  3. Open Annoncer.

  4. Enter your Annoncer Client ID.

  5. Save your settings.

The integration is now connected.

Configure what you want to sync

Within the Annoncer settings, you can choose which information is synced.

Use the toggles to enable or disable the data you want to sync, including:

  • Viewing reservations

  • Adding or adjusting reservations

  • Checking reservations in and out

  • Adjusting all reservations

  • Viewing all tables

You can change these settings at any time.

How it works

After connecting the integration:

  • New reservations made in FRANK appear automatically in Annoncer.

  • Reservation updates are synced in real time.

  • Guest notes and preferences become available during service.

  • Reservations can be linked directly to tables inside Annoncer.

This gives both front-of-house and kitchen teams access to the same up-to-date information throughout service.
