At the end of our service, if demand is persistent, all of our drivers are doing their best finish the remaining rides.
We recommend continuously checking on your ride to see if it has been paired with a driver. If you have not been paired with a driver and the time is past our hours of service, it likely means they would not be able to service your ride.
Check your ride status
The first thing you should do is check the status of your ride. You can do this by opening the Freebee app and viewing your ride details. If your ride has not been paired with a driver, it will say "Looking for a driver - We're currently connecting you with one of our drivers for your pick-up." If you are paired with a driver, you should be able to see both your ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and how many stops your driver has ahead of you.
Check our hours of service
If your ride has not been paired with a driver and the time is past our hours of service, it is likely that we will not be able to service your ride. Hours of service for all of our service areas can be found here.
Please note: If you are requesting in the last 45 mins of service, you will most likely receive your ride but it is not guaranteed.
