Each RoboCap has two identifiers you may need when using RoboCap or contacting support:

Follow the steps below to find each one.
Find Your RoboCap 3-Word Code
Your 3-word code is printed directly on the RoboCap.
Locate the cap buckle, where the Power Switch is located.
Look for the 3-word code printed on the buckle.
The code consists of three words, for example: Bolts Green Damp
Find Your RoboCap 16-Character Device ID
The 16-character device ID can be found from the RoboCap's files when connected to a computer.
Step 1: Connect RoboCap to Your Computer
Keep RoboCap powered on and connected to a power bank.
Connect a USB-C data cable to the USB-C port at the front end of the central axis of the visor.
Connect the other end of the cable to your computer.
Wait 3–5 seconds. RoboCap should appear as a removable drive on your computer.
Step 2: Check the Session Folder
Open the RoboCap drive.
You'll see folders with names similar to:
b355b9d30f38e318_session_6
b355b9d30f38e318_session_7
The first 16 characters of the folder name are your RoboCap device ID.
For example:
b355b9d30f38e318_session_6
Your device ID is:
b355b9d30f38e318
The _session_# portion is the recording session number and is not part of your device ID.
