How to Find Your RoboWrist ID Using the App

Every RoboWrist has a unique 16-character device ID. You can find it in the RoboCap app on Android.

Step 1: Turn On RoboWrist

  1. Press and hold the red Power Button on RoboWrist for approximately 5 seconds to turn it on.

  2. Once powered on, press and hold the black button for approximately 8 seconds to enable RoboWrist's Wi-Fi.

Step 2: Connect to RoboWrist

  1. Open the RoboCap app on your phone.

  2. Select RoboWrist.

  3. Open your phone's Wi-Fi Settings.

  4. Connect to the RoboWrist Wi-Fi network, usually named Robowrist_xxx.

  5. Enter the default password: 12345678.

  6. Return to the app and wait for it to connect.

Note: If your phone is already connected to RoboWrist's Wi-Fi, the app will automatically connect to the device.

Step 3: Find Your RoboWrist ID

Once connected, the app will automatically open the Info tab and display your RoboWrist's details.

Your 16-character RoboWrist ID appears at the top of the RoboWrist details page.

For example: 7ccef93852621615

Tap the Copy icon next to the ID to copy it.

You may need this ID when pairing RoboWrist with RoboCap or contacting support.
