You may sometimes see that no test drive bots are available. While our bots operate 24/7, there are times when all available bots are in use. This usually happens during periods of high demand when many users are testing at the same time.
If all bots are currently in use, here’s what you can do:
Check Back Periodically
The simplest option is to check back every few minutes. Bots become available as other users finish their sessions, so availability can change quickly.
Try During Optimal Test Drive Hours
If you have been waiting for a while, we recommend starting your test drive between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Singapore Time). During these hours, more bots are typically available, increasing your chances of finding one to use.
Weekends and Holidays
Please note that during weekends or public holidays, there may be fewer test drive bots available, or in some cases, none at all. Demand is usually higher during these times, which can result in longer wait times.
