My drive is paused, what do I do?

If you received the below message, it means your drive is paused by our ops team. This could be due to minor violations like driving off-route, reckless driving, etc.


After receiving the message, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Contact Customer Support: They will explain the issue and the violation. Just click "please click here to open Intercom" to reach our live support.

  2. Agree to Follow the Rules: Once you acknowledge the violation and agree to avoid it in the future, the ops team will resume your drive.

  3. Reload the Page: After the ops team resumes your drive, reload the page to continue driving.

Important Note: If you commit the same violation again after receiving the reminder, the ops team will terminate your ride prematurely, you will fail the mission, and lose a Life Point.
