How to Update Your Organization's Hours
Updating your hours and availability in Full helps community members know exactly when you offer your services. Setting your hours, or changing them from a previous setting, typically takes less than 1 minute.
Step 1: Log Into Your Full Account
First, log in to your Full account. You can access the login page at anytime from the Food Finder at www.getfull.com
Step 2: Navigate To Your Pantry
Once you are logged in, visit your Pantry Listing Page.
To do this, you can find yourself on the Food Finder Map, or enter your Pantry URL. Typically, your Pantry URL will be the name of your pantry followed by ".getfull.app".
For example, "example-pantry-name.getfull.app"
Step 3: Access the Admin Dashboard
Once in your pantry page, click the same menu in the top left of your screen.
Click 'Admin Dashboard' to be taken to your admin dashboard.
Important: You must be logged into the email account with admin privileges to see "Admin Dashboard" in your menu.
Step 4: Navigate to Details Pages
Full offers four hours to edit for your organization: Drop-In Hours, Pick-Up Hours, Walk-Up Hours, and Delivery Hours. These hours can all be the same, or be completely unique.
Drop-In Hours: These are the normal operating hours of your organization, when anyone can come to your pantry.
Pick-Up Hours: These are the hours your organization offers to Guests when they are scheduling pick-ups from the ordering menu.
Walk-Up Hours: These are the hours your organizations allows Guests to check-in for walk-up services, including drive-through pantries, when no appointment is required. Learn how to Set-Up Walk-Up Operations.
Delivery Hours: These are the hours your organizations offers scheduled delivery services.
Step 5: Set Your Hours
You'll follow the same steps to set your hours for any of these operations. Remember, hours can overlap. You may have the same Drop-In Hours as Walk-Up and Pick-Up; that's very common!
Be Strategic π‘ "Segmenting" hours can allow you to manage traffic flow. For example, considering allowing Pick-Up to occur 1 hour before your normal Walk-Up service. This could allow elderly & disabled guests to quickly pick-up their bags or boxes, before the main rush arrives.
To update your hours, follow these steps:
Navigate to the page you wish to update.
Click the Blue Pencil in the top right of the box.
Be sure to toggle "Yes" to enable the service.
Click Save Info.
In the section below, click the Blue Pencil and define your hours. Click 'Save Info' to save your hours.
Reminder: Be sure to toggle AM/PM as well during set-up!
