How do I download or print Order PDFs?

Full turns every order into a PDF for you to download, print, and share with your packing team to include in a bag.

Every time a Guest places an order – whether it is during Walk-Up service, Pick-Up, or Delivery – Full creates a PDF record of the visit. This PDF can be used for paper record keeping, or used as a packing slip for your team preparing the boxes or bags.

Order PDFs contain most all the details received at the time of an order – they notably exclude things like Additional or Custom Questions. These printable PDFs will includes core order details, like food selections and core Household information such as name, family size, allergies, address information for delivery, and your pantry's information.

The process to access and print PDFs is very simple.

If you're already logged in, skip to Step 2.

Step 1. Log into Your Admin Account

First, log in to your Full account. You can access the login page at anytime from the Food Finder at www.getfull.com

Once you are logged in, visit your Pantry Listing Page. To do this, you can find yourself on the Food Finder Map, or enter your Pantry URL. (Typically, your Pantry URL will be the name of your pantry followed by ".getfull.app".)

For example, "example-pantry-name.getfull.app"

Once in your pantry page, click the same menu in the top left of your screen.

Click 'Admin Dashboard' to be taken to your admin dashboard.

Step 2. Access the Orders Page

Once you are logged in, click "Orders" from the left hand menu. This will navigate you to the Orders place, which is a large table of your orders. Here, you can quickly see the Date Placed, Status, Order Type, and Date Scheduled.

Step 3. Download Bulk PDFs or One by One

Downloading PDFs can be done in two ways:

Option 1: Click the Download Button in the far right side of the table. This button is highlighted in Blue in the picture below, and is shown with a Downward facing arrow.

Option 2: Select multiple orders using the Checkbox function, and Bulk Download PDFs. When you select multiple orders, a 'Download PDFs' button will appear. Here you can also change Status's in bulk!

Bonus Step: Download a CSV

You may need to sync your data with another system, or want to have a list of orders to keep track of in another format. To quickly access the Order Table Data, you can click 'Download CSV' at the top right of the page. This will download the Orders you currently have filtered.
