How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Program

Need to make changes to your FunCation Academy program? Whether you want to add more features, switch programs, or adjust for fewer students, we're here to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

Making Program Changes

To upgrade or downgrade your program:

  1. Contact our billing team through any of these methods:

  2. Let us know:

    • Your current program

    • The program or service you'd like to add or switch to

    • The name of the student(s)

    • Your preferred effective date


Adding or Removing Students

Need to add or remove students from your account? Contact our billing team with:

  • Student names to be added or removed

  • Effective date for the change

  • Any special considerations

Our billing team will handle all the technical adjustments to ensure your students have the right access.


Important Timing Requirements

โš ๏ธ 72 Business Hour Notice Required

Please contact us at least 72 business hours before your automatic payment processes to ensure changes take effect on time. This gives our billing team adequate time to make adjustments to your account.

Business Hours: Monday-Thursday 10 AM-4 PM EST, Friday 9 AM-1 PM EST

What Happens During the Change

Upgrading: You'll gain access to new features and curriculum within 24 business hours

Downgrading: You'll retain access to your current features until your next billing cycle

Adding Students: New student accounts will be set up within 24 business hours Removing Students: Access will be removed at the end of your current billing period


Billing Adjustments

Our billing team will:

  • Adjust your next payment amount accordingly

  • Send you confirmation of all changes

  • Update your account to reflect the new program
