Retry accounts aren't issued automatically the moment your account fails. You need to reach out and request it.

🪜 Steps to Claim

  1. Wait for your account to fail or breach. Any qualifying failure works: daily loss, max/trailing loss. See What Failures Qualify for Retry?

  2. Contact us via live chat. Let us know your account has failed and that you'd like to claim your Retry.

  3. Wait for issuance. Retry accounts are typically issued within 24 to 48 hours of your request.

  4. Check your dashboard. Your new retry account will appear at the same size as your original account, running on retry-tier rules.
