📌 Eligibility Requirements
Account purchased on or after 23rd July 2026, 12PM UK time. | This is when Retry launched. Details in Does Retry Apply to Accounts Purchased Before July 23? |
An originally purchased account. | Free or promotional accounts (BOGO, giveaways, competitions, referrals) don't qualify. See Does Retry Apply to Free or Promotional Accounts? |
Any account model qualifies. | 1-Step, 1-Step Pro, 2-Step Fast, 2-Step Squad, Instant Lite, and Instant Pro all include Retry. |
Any qualifying failure counts. | No exclusion list. See What Failures Qualify for Retry? |
An unused retry credit for your account. | Your account carries exactly one, regardless of which stage you're on when you first use it. See One Retry Per Account: The Progression Rule. |
Claimed within the retry window. | See Retry Claim Window. |

Accounts purchased before 23rd July 2026, 12PM UK time.
Free or promotional accounts, including BOGO, giveaways, competitions, and referral accounts.
Accounts that have already used their retry credit.
Claims made outside the retry claim window.
