If Bola seems to be acting up, one step to try is uninstalling and re-installing the Chrome extension.
Part 1: Uninstalling the Bola Chrome Extension
Click the three dots on the far right corner of your Chrome browser window > find Extensions in the menu > Select Manage Extensions:
2. Find Bola in your extensions: you can use the search bar up top > Click the Remove Button
3. In the pop-up, click Remove once more:

Click the Click to add extension button:
Click Add to Chrome:
4. Click Add extension:
5. Enter in your License Key > Click Register:
Once you return to your EHR, test Bola again and see if this resolved your issues.
