📌 What Does the Google Calendar Integration Do?

The Google Calendar integration helps you keep your Company Office bookings in sync with your team’s daily workflow.

When enabled:

  • All confirmed Gable bookings for Company Office meeting rooms will appear in Google Calendar.

  • Your team can see reservations alongside their other work meetings, reducing conflicts.

  • With 2-Way Sync, bookings made directly in Google Calendar also show in Gable — making it easier to manage space reservations in one place.

✨ This ensures visibility, prevents double bookings, and helps teams manage office resources smoothly.

🔄 What’s the Difference?

🟢 1-Way Sync (Self-Serve)

  • Events created in Gable automatically appear in your Google Calendar.

  • Best if you just want your work calendar to reflect your Gable bookings.

  • You can enable this directly in Gable.

🔵 2-Way Sync (Advanced)

  • Events created in Google Calendar also appear in Gable.

  • Ideal for teams that mainly schedule via Google Calendar.

  • Requires setup by Gable’s team (not self-serve).

⚠️ If you'd like to request Google Calendar 2-Way Sync, please reach out to your account manager or contact our support team.
