🚀 What Is Instant Booking?
Instant booking allows you to reserve certain on-demand workspaces immediately, without waiting for host approval.
Listings with instant booking offer real-time availability and are marked with a ⚡ lightning bolt symbol.
🔍 How to Identify Instant Booking Spaces
You can locate instant booking options in multiple ways:
1️⃣ Lightning Bolt on Listing Cards
When browsing on-demand spaces, some listings will display a ⚡ lightning bolt in the upper left corner of the listing card.
This indicates the space is available for instant booking.
2️⃣ Search Filter: Instant Book
Use the Instant Book filter in your search results to view only listings that support instant booking.
Applying this filter narrows your results to spaces you can reserve instantly.
3️⃣ Instant Booking Tag Inside a Listing
When you click on a listing, look for the Instant Booking tag at the top of the page.
You will also see the ⚡ icon again when you select Review Booking.
🕒 What About Non-Instant Listings?
If a space does not support instant booking:
You will see Request to Book instead of the lightning bolt.
These bookings require host approval.
Most hosts respond within two hours of your request—so even without instant availability, reservations move quickly.
If you’re in a time crunch and don’t see any instant booking options in your area, you can still expect a fast approval window in most cases.
