✉️ Overview

Gable’s Package Delivery feature helps offices manage incoming deliveries with a clear, streamlined process—from arrival to pickup.

It’s designed to ensure no package goes missing and that recipients are always kept in the loop.

🧭 How It Works

Here’s how the flow typically looks:

  1. A "Package receiver" receives a package at the office.

  2. They log the package in Gable (including a photo, carrier, and recipient).

  3. The recipient gets notified by email, Slack, or both.

  4. The recipient picks up the package and confirms it in the app or email.

  5. Package receivers can view and update package status (e.g. pending pickup or picked up).

👥 Who Uses It?

  • Package receivers log and track deliveries via mobile.

  • Admins set up delivery areas and assign receptionists via web.

  • Users get notified and confirm once they receive their package.
