📍 How to Access the Report
To view utilization insights for a specific company office:
Navigate to Dashboard & Reporting on the top navigation bar
Click Office Reports
Click Occupancy & utilization
Use the dropdown to select the specific company office you want to analyze (e.g., Gable London Ministore)
Apply filters like floor, department, data source, or date range (30D, 90D, MTD, etc.)
📊 What You’ll See
Top-Level Metrics
Across the top of the report, you’ll find high-level insights:
Utilization % – Percentage of space used based on bookings
Check-In Rate – Percent of users who checked in to their bookings
Peak Daily Attendance – The highest number of attendees on any single day
Unique Occupants – Total number of individuals who used the space
Average Daily Attendance - The average number of unique users per day
📈 Attendance Over Time
The graph shows:
Daily Attendance (black line)
Average Attendance (gray dashed line)
Peak Attendance (red dashed line)
Max Capacity (purple dashed line)
Use the toggle in the top right of the chart to switch between Day, Week, or Month views for better granularity.
📅 Attendance Patterns
Avg. Attendance per Weekday
Visualizes which days of the week see the most activity in the office. Great for identifying your team’s most common in-office days.
Employee Attendance Frequency
A donut chart shows how often your team uses the office each week:
0–1 times/week
1–2 times/week
2–3 times/week
4+ times/week
Use this to gauge overall engagement and evaluate your space's effectiveness.
