This guide covers where to find the Locations settings, how to adjust booking areas, and how to manage your company offices.

πŸ“ Navigating to Location Settings

1️⃣ Log in as a Company Admin.
2️⃣ Click your profile dropdown in the top right corner.
3️⃣ Select Company Admin β†’ Settings.
4️⃣ In the left-hand navigation bar, click Locations.


🌎 On-Demand Locations

This section controls where your employees can book On-Demand Spaces on Gable.

1. Geofencing

  • Set a location address and a radius (in miles or kilometers) to block bookings within that distance.

  • Commonly used to encourage employees to use your company offices instead of nearby On-Demand Spaces.

2. Enabling or Disabling Areas

  • Enable all available locations to allow booking anywhere (except within geofences).

  • Unselect specific areas to restrict bookings in certain cities or regions.

    • Example: Unselect Alaska to prevent bookings in that state.

  • Click Save to apply changes.

  • Toggle Enable all available locations back on and click Save to revert to default settings.


πŸ› Company Offices

Under the Company Offices tab, you can:

  • View published company offices.

  • Access draft offices.

  • Add a new office.

  • Edit existing offices.
