🔎 Accessing the Company Bookings Page
From your profile dropdown, click Company Admin.
Select Company Bookings.
Here, you’ll see all booking activity across your company with multiple filtering and export options.
🗂 Tabs & Filters
At the top of the page, you’ll find three main tabs:
All → Every booking across Gable.
On-demand → Only bookings for on-demand workspaces.
Offices → Only bookings for your company office spaces.
On the right-hand side, use filters to narrow results by:
Specific office
Department
Space type
Booking status
Date range
📊 Booking Details & Columns
You can edit which columns are displayed to customize your view. Information available includes:
User name
Booking status
Check-in time (if applicable)
Booking date
Department
Space type
Number of seats reserved
Price of booking
Cancellation or rejection reason (if applicable)
Location, city, and state
Space name and link to the booked space
Additional guests (if any)
And More!
⚙️ Managing Bookings
In the top right corner, next to the filters, you will see a few more action buttons:
Export to CSV → Download the current booking table for reporting.
Settings Gear → This will allow you to edit columns. Choose which booking details you want visible.
Additionally, you can cancel any of the booking(s) you desire. To Cancel Bookings:
Select the checkbox next to a booking or multiple bookings.
Click Cancel in the bottom right.
Add a cancellation reason, optional.
Confirm cancellation.
✅ The user will be notified when their booking has been canceled.
