Yes. These users will have a Gable profile created automatically, with the Welcome email suppressed.Are on-demand or overnight bookings supported?

🔐 Permissions & Resources
Does your Google Calendar integration require domain-wide delegation?
No. Our Google Calendar integration does not use domain-wide delegation. We use standard OAuth2, which means an admin goes through a normal consent flow to authorize access — no service accounts.
Do I need to be a Google Workspace super admin to set up the calendar integration?
Yes. The initial connection must be authorized by a Google Workspace super admin, because the integration requires domain-level permissions to read and write calendar events across your organization. Once a super admin grants access, individual users don't need elevated permissions to use it.
What if permissions are revoked?
Sync will stop. Gable logs flag the issue, and our team will reach out to notify you and assist inn rectifying.What happens if I delete a space in Gable?
The associated sync pair is removed, and cleanup follows the deactivation process.What happens if I delete a resource in Google Calendar?
The sync pair remains in Gable, but no future changes sync.What if resource pairing fails during setup?
Usually permissions-related. Remove the sync pair, retry, or contact support.
⛔ Compatibility & Limits
Can we use 1-Way and 2-Way at the same time?
No — only one method can be active.Can we integrate with Microsoft and Google (or multiple Google tenants)?
No — only one provider/tenant at a time.Subscription required?
2-Way Sync is available to companies with Company Office enabled in their subscription.Race conditions (simultaneous booking requests)?
