Can calendar events made by users not onboarded to Gable be synced?
Yes. These users will have a Gable profile created automatically, with the Welcome email suppressed.Are on-demand or overnight bookings supported?
No — neither on-demand nor overnight bookings are supported. Overnight reservations must be split across calendar days.Are repeating bookings supported?
Yes — recurring Google events sync into Gable as separate bookings.Does 2-Way Sync respect Gable booking rules?
No — Google-created events bypass Gable booking rules (like room restrictions).
🔧 Technical Details
Multi-resource bookings
Only one booking is created in Gable, tied to the first accepted resource.Sync timeframe

Can we use 1-Way and 2-Way at the same time?

2-Way Sync is available to companies with Company Office enabled in their subscription.Race conditions (simultaneous booking requests)?

👥 User Rules
Non-calendar users booking synced spaces
