📍 Step 1 — Upload Legal Documents

Before creating visitor forms, upload any documents that need to be signed during check-in (e.g., NDA, waiver, consent form).

  1. Navigate to Visitor Management → Documents

  2. Click Upload Document and choose your PDF

  3. Tag fields on the PDF such as:

    • Signature field

    • Date field

    • Name field

🔁 If you place a tag in the wrong spot, you must delete it and reinsert it — tags cannot be repositioned.

  1. Click Save Changes when finished

  2. You can rename, edit, or delete documents at anytime

🧾 Step 2 — Create a New Visitor Form

Once documents are uploaded, go back to Visitor Management → Forms and select Create Visit Form.

You’ll define:

Field

Description

Applicable Offices

Use form for all offices or specific locations

Visit Types

Example: Interview, Event, Vendor Visit

Sign-in Fields

Select what’s required (e.g., photo, company name, email)

Legal Documents

Attach documents uploaded in the previous step

🧩 Step 3 — Default Form (Fallback Form)

If a visitor type doesn’t have a custom form, Gable will automatically use your Default Form.

You can edit this anytime and configure:

  • Required sign-in fields

  • Legal documents to attach (e.g., NDA for all visitors)
