Editing Company Offices

Learn how to update office details, floor plans, resources, amenities, hybrid policies, and more in Gable.

๐Ÿงญ Navigating to Company Offices

  1. Log in as a Company Admin.

  2. Open your Profile dropdown.

  3. Select Company Admin > Settings.

  4. In the left-hand navigation, click Company Offices.

At the top, youโ€™ll see two tabs: Published and Drafts. Each office includes several tools and icons for editing.


โš™๏ธ Editing Office Settings

Next to each office, click the gear icon to open Settings. Here you can update:

๐Ÿท๏ธ Basic Details

  • Office name

  • Displayed address

  • Operating days & working hours

๐Ÿ  Hybrid Policy

Set the expected number of in-office days per week for employees.

โณ Time Control

Define how far in advance employees can book spacesโ€”or turn this setting off entirely.

โฑ๏ธ Auto Release

Automatically release spaces when employees donโ€™t check in.
You can configure separate settings for:

  • Day bookings โ†’ partial or full day

  • Room bookings โ†’ partial or full day

๐Ÿ”“ Assigned Desk Release

When enabled, assigned users receive a notification the day prior to their booking date prompting them to reserve their desk. If they haven't booked by a configured release time, the desk opens up for general booking.

Note: This applies to user-assigned desks only. Department-assigned desks and desks assigned to Admins or Bookers are not affected.

๐Ÿข On-Site Bookings

Allow employees to book spaces directly on site without choosing a specific workspace.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Amenities

Add, remove, or edit the amenities available in that office.

๐Ÿš— Check-In & Parking Instructions

Update instructions employees see when arriving for their booking.

๐Ÿ“ถ Wi-Fi Details

Set or update the Wi-Fi name and password.

๐Ÿ“ฉ Office Contact

Assign a contact person (often an office manager) whose email and phone number appear in booking communications.


๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Managing Floors & Floor Plans

In Settings, you can also manage floors:

โž• Add or Edit Floors

  • Click the checkmark next to a floor to upload a new PDF floor plan.

  • Click Add Floor to create another level.

๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Deleting a Floor

A floor can only be deleted when all resources and tags on that floor are removed.
Once empty, a trash can icon will appear next to that floor.

โš ๏ธ Don't forget to Save after making any updates.


๐Ÿงฉ Editing Floorplans

Click the Edit Floorplan icon to open the floorplan editor.

On the left side, youโ€™ll see all resource types:

  • Desks

  • Meeting rooms

  • Private offices

  • Points of interest

You can:

  • Click any tag to edit it

  • Click โž• Add to create new tags

  • Use the top navigation to switch between floors


๐Ÿ—ƒ๏ธ Viewing & Deleting Resources

Each company office has a dropdown arrow that reveals all resources (organized per floor).

Within the list:

  • Each resource has a trash can icon for deletion

  • Floors with no resources will also show a trash can, allowing floor deletion

Be sure to Save after removing any resources or floors.
