🧭 Navigating to Company Offices
Log in as a Company Admin.
Open your Profile dropdown.
Select Company Admin > Settings.
In the left-hand navigation, click Company Offices.
At the top, you’ll see two tabs: Published and Drafts. Each office includes several tools and icons for editing.
⚙️ Editing Office Settings
Click the gear icon next to any office to open its general settings. This is where you can update basic details and settings for the company office.
At the bottom of settings, you can manage your floors. Click the checkmark next to a floor to upload or replace a PDF floor plan.

⚠️ Don't forget to Save after making any changes.
🧩 Editing Floorplans
Click the Edit Floorplan icon to open the floorplan editor.
On the left side, you’ll see all resource types:
Desks
Meeting rooms
Private offices
Points of interest
You can:
Click any tag to edit it
Click ➕ Add to create new tags
Use the top navigation to switch between floors
🗃️ Viewing & Deleting Resources
Each company office has a dropdown arrow that reveals all resources (organized per floor).
Within the list:
Each resource has a trash can icon for deletion
Floors with no resources will also show a trash can, allowing floor deletion
Be sure to Save after removing any resources or floors.
To delete an entire office, you'll first need to remove all resources and tags within it. Once it's empty, a trash can icon will appear next to the office.
📶 HRIS Mapping
If your company has HRIS mapping enabled, you'll see this option as well. This connects your HRIS data to Gable and maps employees to their respective company offices. For more details, refer to the dedicated Help Desk article on HRIS company office and employee mapping.
