π Accessing Company Offices
To get started:
Log in as a Company Admin.
Click on your profile dropdown.
Select Company Admin β Settings.
On the left-hand navigation bar, click Company Offices.
Here youβll find a centralized view of all your companyβs published and draft office listings.
π Published vs. Draft Listings
At the top of the page, you can toggle between Published and Drafts:
Published π’ β Live and actively bookable locations available to your employees.
Drafts βοΈ β Listings that have been started or created but are not yet published or bookable.
β Adding a New Office
In the top right corner, click βAdd New Office.β
This will launch the office creation flow, allowing you to set up a new location for your employees.

βοΈ Managing Published Offices
Under the Published tab, each listing includes:
βοΈ Edit Settings β Update details like location info or office name.
πΊοΈ Edit Floor Plan β Adjust floor layouts or available spaces.
ποΈ Delete Listing β Remove a listing directly from this page using the dropdown menu.
β*You can also toggle between different floors of an office from this view.
π Managing Draft Offices
Under the Drafts tab, youβll see similar options:

πΊοΈ Edit Floor Plan
ποΈ Delete Listing (only available if no resources are added)
π Important:
The trash can icon will only appear for listings with no desks, meeting rooms, or private offices.
If resources exist, they must be deleted first before the Company Office listing itself can be removed.
