In this article we will cover how you, as a company admin, can track your company's workspace usage directly through the Gable platform.
Here’s What You Need To Know
First we’ll cover how you can see your company’s booking volume right on the admin dashboard. From the dashboard you can see a breakdown of booking by type: common space, or meeting room.
You can also see booking trends since the last month and your employee satisfaction score as well. Additionally, you'll have a graph of the month, showing you a daily breakdown of your team’s bookings on the right side.
Bookings By Location: Most Booked Cities
You can also see bookings broken down by location. By selecting most booked cities you’ll get the chance to view a heat map of your team’s booking locations and have to the option to dig deeper and see a breakdown of who has visited which individual workspaces.
Weekly and Monthly Reports
You can find a weekly and monthly snapshot of your team's usage on the booking analytics page here.
On this page, you will find a snapshot of booking locations, booking volume, a list of top active users, budget spend, and top active locations. You can also toggle this from a weekly to monthly view.
Company's Booking Page
For the most in depth view of your company's usage, you'll find a CSV download option on the far right side of the Company Booking's page.
