In this article, we’ll explain how you can create events for your team directly through the Gable platform!
Here’s What You Need To Know
There are two ways to turn your booking into a Gable event. We'll cover both below.
Creating An Event Before You Book
You'll notice when exploring spaces that there is a button for "Find a space", when this is clicked a drop-down will appear to select "Create an event". Select this when exploring spaces for an event booking.
Note that creating an event in this fashion will also book the space for you as the event is created.
When the desired space is selected, you will see your typical booking flow, but with the button of "Create event".
Upon clicking this button, you will be prompted with a screen to fill out some more details about the event including adding a title, description, or even inviting other team members.
After you've finished filling our your event details select "create event" in the bottom of your screen, and you are done!
Creating An Event After You Book
Lastly, you can always create an event after you've booked your space on the confirmation screen shown below:
From here you'll be greeted with the same page as the above option and will be able to fill out your event information and select create event.
Editing Your Event
After creating your event you'll be able to edit the details of this event on your events page here under the "my events" tab.
