When a booking is cancelled or rejection, you can view the reasons in your dashboard.

  • Go to "Dashboard and Reporting"

  • Select the dropdown "Company Bookings"

  • View column "Cancelation Reason" and the time stamp.

  • You can hover over the writing if you need to expand the description
