What Archiving Does
Archiving a menu plan retires it without deleting any data. An archived menu plan:
Cannot be edited.
Is hidden from the menu plan selector.
Stays available for reference if you unarchive it.
Causes all corresponding school menus to be archived as well.
Archive a menu plan when the school year is over, when you have replaced it with a new plan, or when it is no longer in use.
How to Archive a Menu Plan
Open the menu plan you want to archive.
Open the menu plan actions or settings menu.
Select Archive.
Confirm when prompted.
Unarchiving a Menu Plan
To view or restore an archived menu plan, switch the menu plan selector view to show archived plans. Open the archived plan and select Unarchive from the actions menu. The plan and its school menus return to the active list.
