Campaign Review (Promo Review) Overview

A quick overview of our review process before going live with your campaign

Written by Fred

Once you have selected Gartner content to Reprint, it's time to build your campaign assets - landing pages, social media posts, emails, blogs, and more.

Before going live with your campaign, Gartner's "Promo Review" team needs to check your campaign assets to make sure they comply with our Content Compliance Policy.

Why do my campaign assets need to be reviewed?

Gartner's mission is to deliver actionable, objective insights to executives and their teams. To protect this objectivity, we have strict standards for how others may externally use our content/intellectual property.

We must review all campaigns to make sure the material maintains Gartner's objectivity and does not violate any of our trademark or copyright protections.

How does the review process work?

Step 1: Learn the Policy

Before your team creates your Reprint campaign assets, familiarize yourself with our Content Compliance Policy and review our Content Compliance Checklist for the most common Reprint mistakes to avoid.

Step 2: Download Assets

Then visit our Promo Assets page and select the specific type of research you're using in your campaign. You'll download a package of useful guides and sample templates that will help ensure your material complies:

Step 3: Submit Campaign Assets

When you material is ready, submit it here (the link can also be access on the Promo Assets page). Please submit assets in editable format (either PDF or Word).

Include full mock-ups of the entire asset as it will appear when it is live; this provides our review team a full understanding of how you promote and lead your prospects to your Reprint.

Step 4: Approval and Go Live

Our Promo Review team usually provides feedback (via email) within 48 business hours. If any edits are required to make your material compliant, the team will let you know.

Once all material has been confirmed compliant, you will receive the link to your Reprint and can begin executing your campaign.

Review Status/Check In

You will receive an email confirmation when you submit your campaign materials, and may check up on the process on Flex Reprints Manager in the Promo Status tab:
