Creating an agenda

First you’ll need to decide whether you’d like to create an event from scratch or if you’d like to use one of our pre-built agenda templates.

Using a template

If you’re looking for an easy, out of the box experience, you can use one of our pre-built agenda templates. You can sort through our agendas by filtering by use case, role, or duration.

Click into any of the agendas to get a breakdown of what activities are included. Our pre-built agendas are a great starting point and can be customized to fit your specific needs. Once you’ve found the agenda that works best for you, click the “Use Template” button.

Once you’ve decided on either of these options, you’ll be brought to a screen where you can add your event details, including setting the date and time for your event. Once you’ve filled out the information to your liking, click the “Create Event” button.

Customizing your agenda

If you opted to create from scratch you’ll now have the opportunity to add activities to your agenda. (If you’ve created an agenda using a template, you’ll see activities already populated in the Agenda Builder, but you can add more if you’d like!) You can drag and drop activities from our Activity Library or create a custom activity by clicking the “Add” button in the upper right corner of the Agenda Builder and clicking “Add Your Own.” You can also edit existing activities by clicking into them.

Easily organize your activities by using our drag and drop feature and/or by separating your activities into sections. Once you’re happy with how your agenda is all set up, click ‘Done” at the bottom of the Agenda Builder to save your changes!
