The purchase order process is automated and can take between 1 hour to 48 hours to complete. However, it is still important for a team member to manually check the details of the PO to make sure everything is accurate. This ensures the PO is correct before being approved and transferred to the account.
What to Do if There's a Delay:
If a purchase order hasn’t been imported within 48 hours, it's important to reach out to our customer support. We can assist with any issues or delays in the process. But, more often than not we will reach out to you if there is an issue or hold up in the importing process.
