How to Export Shipments from Genie
You can export a shipment from either the Shipment Tracker Table or within a specific Purchase Order (PO). Here’s how:
1. Access the Shipment
From either the Shipment Tracker Table or inside a PO, choose the shipment you want to export.
Depending on its status, you’ll need to click either:
"View Received" (for shipments already marked as received)
"Mark As Received" (to confirm and manage new arrivals)
This will open the Shipment Management Window.
2. Export the Shipment
Once inside the shipment:
Click the "Export" button
Follow the on-screen prompt
Your file will automatically download in your browser
📁 What Format Is the Export?
The shipment export downloads as a CSV or Excel file, making it easy to view, share, or import into other systems.
