This tutorial will guide you through the process of excluding and re-including products in Genie for inventory management and analytics.

Excluding Products

Step 1: Navigate to Settings in the navigation bar and click on Excluded Products.

Step 2: A list of excluded products appears. Use the search bar to find the product to exclude.

Step 3: Select the desired products and click Done to add them to the excluded products list.

Excluded products won't appear in the inventory tab and won't influence analytics, similar to how deleted photos backed up in the cloud no longer take up space on the device.

Re-including Products

Sometimes, a product might need to be re-included, for instance, if it was out of stock or discontinued but is now back in stock.

Step 1: Navigate to the Excluded Products tab and select the product to re-include from the list.
