If you need to link a Dispatch Event to an Incident Report that was not initiated via dispatch - you can do that on the Manager Dashboard:

To do this you will want to access ‘Dispatch Events’ on the Manager Dashboard. And from that list, view the dispatch event you want to link:

The next page will have a ‘Manage Linked Incident Reports’ Button:

The next page will have a list of incident reports, and if not there you can search to better filter. Highlight the IR, and move it over to the right-hand box and submit:

That will then link that Dispatch Event to the Incident Report.
