Pinned Notes help your team quickly access critical account details no matter where they are in Breezy. Whether you're creating a job, reviewing the schedule, chatting with a customer, or working in the field, pinned notes surface the information you need—exactly when you need it.
How to Pin and Unpin Notes
Pinned Notes are managed directly from the account’s Notes section.
Pinning a Note
Go to Accounts → Details → Notes
Select any note you want to highlight
Click Pin to add it to the pinned list
Important:
You can pin up to 3 notes per account.
If you try to pin a fourth note, Breezy will ask you to unpin an existing pinned note first.
This helps ensure only the most relevant and high-priority information is surfaced across the platform.
Unpinning a Note
Unpinning a note is just as simple:
The note will be removed from the pinned list and no longer appear in workflow surfaces like scheduling, job creation, or the technician app.
Where Pinned Notes Appear
Pinned Notes automatically show in key areas across Breezy to support faster decision-making and better customer communication.
1. Job Creation (Existing Customer)
When creating a job for an existing customer, pinned notes appear at the top of the job creation screen—providing instant context before assigning work.
2. Schedule Page
Scheduled Visits
Pinned notes appear at the top of the visit details panel when opening a scheduled job. Dispatchers can quickly verify important information before editing the visit.
Unscheduled Visits
When reviewing visits waiting for assignment, pinned notes help dispatchers match the right technician to the right job by surfacing key instructions and history.
3. Inbox (Account Chat)
While chatting with a customer:
A pinned-note icon appears in the top-right corner
Clicking it opens the customer’s pinned notes instantly
This allows support agents to reference important information without leaving the conversation.
4. Technician App
Pinned Notes appear in two important places for technicians:
Visit Details
Pinned notes display as soon as a technician opens a visit, helping them prepare before they arrive onsite.
Account Details
Technicians can also view all pinned notes tied to the account, giving them helpful background and instructions throughout the job.
