The Payouts section on Change's Nonprofit dashboard provides nonprofits with detailed insights into their donation disbursements. Easily track payout schedules, amounts, and statuses, ensuring transparency and efficient payout management for your organization.
Payout history
To keep track of all incoming donation payouts:
Log into your Change dashboard and go to the Payouts tab
Pending balance:
Under the Payouts section is a list of all payouts that have been sent to your account.
In this table, you can look at the payout amount, status, payment method (ACH or Check), unique identifier, and date the payout was sent
You can filter the payouts by date, status, or payment type
The payout statuses are:
Sent: funds were sent to the nonprofit either via ACH or check
Cashed: nonprofit has cashed their check payout. This status applies to checks only.
Void: a check or ACH transfer has been voided and NOT reissued
Reissued: a check or ACH transfer has been reissued
Additionally, you may export a list of your payouts by clicking on Export.

By clicking on a specific payout from the table, a drawer will appear on the right side of the page to show additional details on that payout:
Payout amount
Status
Currency
Payout date
Payment ID
Payment method (how fund was sent to you)
Donor(s) that sent funds and were included in this payout

How do payouts work?
When a payout is requested, donations made through the merchant are first collected by OCF. Following collection, the funds are then distributed to the specific nonprofit organizations they are intended to support.
I just received a letter from OCF – now what?
Congratulations on your first grant from Our Change Foundation!
To get started, please claim your nonprofit. There, you'll be able to update your contact and payment details, link your bank account, and view all donations received. Additionally, the portal provides information on the estimated arrival times for your payouts.
What payout methods are available?
For faster and more secure payouts, Change recommends all nonprofits sign up for direct deposit (ACH) for receiving donations.
If I add a bank account, will it automatically initiate a payout?
Your initial payout will be sent via a check from Our Change Foundation.
For all other payouts afterwards, you will need to claim your nonprofit and add in your bank information to receive them via ACH moving forward.
You can then choose how frequently you'd like to receive payouts automatically (ie - ASAP, weekly, monthly, etc).
How can I expedite my payout?

How can I update my banking information?
