The Activity section on Change's Nonprofit dashboard provides nonprofits with additional reporting of the donations they are receiving. Easily track donors, payout amounts and statuses to ensure transparency and efficient payout management for your organization.
Donor
You can filter by donor by clicking on "Donor" and selecting from the list of companies
Payout status
You can also filter by payout statuses. Here are the statuses available:
Pledged - Donations are being finalized by the donor
Pending - Donations are being processed by Change
Sent - Donations were successfully sent to nonprofit via preferred payout method
Blocked - Nonprofit is unable to receive donations due to falling out of compliance
Date
Lastly, you can also filter by date range. You can select preset date ranges or adjust to your own preference.
Note: You may export a list of your payouts by clicking on Export.

How do payouts work?
When a payout is requested, donations made through the merchant are first collected by OCF. Following collection, the funds are then distributed to the specific nonprofit organizations they are intended to support.

To get started, please claim your nonprofit. There, you'll be able to update your contact and payment details, link your bank account, and view all donations received.
What payout methods are available?
For faster and more secure payouts, Change recommends all nonprofits sign up for direct deposit (ACH) for receiving donations.
If I add a bank account, will it automatically initiate a payout?
Yes! Once you have claimed your nonprofit and added in your bank information, you will start receiving payouts via ACH moving forward.
You can choose how frequently you'd like to receive payouts automatically (ie - ASAP, weekly, monthly, etc).
How can I expedite my payout?
Our team is continuously enhancing our system to speed up payout deliveries to nonprofits. To help streamline this process, please verify and set your preferred payout setting.
How can I update my banking information?
