Change Dashboard

How to navigate your Change dashboard

The Change Dashboard is a comprehensive platform for nonprofits to track donations and monitor payouts.

Home tab

  • Promptly after signing in, you will see the Home page. This page will include the following:

    • Donations β€” the total dollar amount of donations your organization has raised to-date

    • Donors β€” the number of donors who have donated to your organization through Change

    • Payout schedule β€” the frequency of when you will receive your payouts

      • You have the ability to update your payout frequency by clicking on "Update payout schedule" and choose from daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly

    • Your payouts β€” a report of all the payouts you received so far

      • You may filter by date, status or payout type

  • On the bottom left corner of the page, you will see:

    • Invite: To send user access invites to other teammates

    • Help: To get further support via our help center or by emailing our Support team

  • To go to your Settings or to sign out, go to the Gear icon on the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Settings tab

  • To access additional dashboard and account configurations, go to the Settings tab. The sections included are:

    • Payouts

    • Team

    • Partners

    • Notifications

  • In the Payouts section:

    • You can update your payout schedule

    • If you need to update your bank account, please email support@getchange.io

  • In the Team section, you can:

    • View all existing users from your team

    • Invite additional users by clicking on + Add a team member

  • In the Partners section, you can:

    • Participate in programs with select companies

    • By confirming your participation, you are complying with California law and providing consent to use your name across programs and raise donations on your behalf

    • You may opt out at any time by unchecking a program

  • In the Notifications section, you have the option to set your email notification preferences for:

    • When a payout has been sent to your bank account

    • When a payout method has been added
