The Change Dashboard is a comprehensive platform for nonprofits to manage all activities in one place. Track donations, monitor payouts, update compliance information, manage clients, and access essential tools for efficient nonprofit operations, all from a centralized hub.
Home tab
Promptly after signing in, you will see the Home page. This page will include:
Details about your nonprofit, such as EIN, location, mission, classification, website and socials
Your payout eligibility
Your payout settings
You have the ability to update your payout frequency here by clicking on Update payout schedule

Please note: If you need any information updated on your nonprofit profile (ie - mission, location, website, images, etc), please email us at support@getchange.io.
On the top right corner of the Home page, you will see:
Gear icon: This will take you to the Settings tab
Person icon: This is where you go to sign out
On the bottom left corner of the page, you will see:
Invite: To send user access invites to other teammates
Help: To get further support via our help center or by emailing our Support team

To access additional dashboard and account configurations, go to the Settings tab. The sections included are:
Payouts
Team
Partners
Notifications
In the Payouts section:
You can update your payout schedule
If you need to update your bank account, please email support@getchange.io
In the Team section, you can:
View all existing users from your team
Invite additional users by clicking on + Add a team member
In the Partners section, you can:
Keep track of existing agreements you may have with specific merchants (mostly applicable for Professional Fundraiser partnerships)
Invite merchants via email for a potential partnership by clicking on + Invite partner
In the Notifications section, you have the option to set your email notification preferences for:
When a payout has been sent to your bank account
When a payout method has been added
