The Donations section on Change's Nonprofit dashboard allows nonprofits to track contributions and donor details. Access donation history, monitor trends, and manage donor relationships effortlessly to enhance transparency and build stronger connections with supporters.
To view donations:
Log into your Change dashboard and go to the Donations tab
You can keep track of the status for each donation:
Pledged - Our Change Foundation is waiting for the funds from the donor
Pending - Our Change Foundation is processing the funds
Sent - Payout has been sent to nonprofit
Blocked - The donations cannot be sent to the nonprofit because there is no payout method in place (ie - bank account was not added yet or have opted for mailed checks)
When you click on a specific donation, a drawer will open on the right side with additional details on the donation. It will provide the amount, the date the donation was made, the donor's name and details on the status.
Additionally, you may filter donations by currency, donor and date.
You can also export a list of your donations for your reporting purposes by click on Export on the top right corner of the table.
Please note: The Donations tab is only accessible once you have a payout method in place.
Q&A: How do I know what campaign this donation is for?
Our Change Foundation does not have any additional information on the specific campaigns that your donations came from.
You can find the donation breakdowns for a payout that has been sent to you by going to your payouts and clicking on the desired payout.
Donor Information
To view information on donors:
Log into your Change dashboard and select the Donors tab on the left side of the page.
If you click on a specific donor, a drawer will open to the right of the page with additional details including total donation amount from the donor, list of donations, and the donor's website.
Q&A: Can I find out who the individual donor is?
We currently do not have specific information on the specific individual who made a donation to your nonprofit. We only have information on the merchant that the donation was made through.
