Invitation: When you send an invitation to a nonprofit, they receive an email from us asking to claim their nonprofit account on Change.
Creating an account: By clicking on "Claim your nonprofit," the nonprofit will be taken to the Change website to create an account and gain access to their dashboard. For a step-by-step guide, nonprofits can refer to this article in our Help Center.
Onboarding: Once they claim their account, they can view the required steps to go live with the Professional Fundraiser campaign by navigating to Settings > Partners in their dashboard.
Tracking: After all required steps are complete, the nonprofit is able to track donations from the campaign via the Activity section of their dashboard.
