If you are not using insurance, you can access Lief as a consumer (vs. as a patient). The cost of the Lief program will be either $69/month or $99/month depending on the subscription plan you choose on our order page.

The key difference is that the $99 plan includes 1-on-1 coaching with a highly trained Lief coach, who will communicate with you each week by Zoom, phone, and/or chat to help you understand your HRV data, help you learn the self-regulation technique of HRV biofeedback, and ultimately help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
